How to Sign Up

If you are new to Santa Rosa City Schools, please wait one day after registering your student before creating your ParentSquare account. It can take a day for your information to be processed and added to ParentSquare.

1. Go to ParentSquare

Visit ParentSquare.com/signin

2. Select "Sign Up / Create Password"

If you are new to ParentSquare, use the section labeled Sign Up / Create Password.

3. Enter your contact information

Enter the email address or textable cell phone number you provided to James Monroe Elementary when you registered your student.

Important: The email address or phone number must match the information we have on file at the school.

4. Click "Go"

ParentSquare will look for your account using the information you provided.

5. Check your email or text messages

Look for a message from ParentSquare and follow the instructions to finish setting up your account.

If ParentSquare cannot find your account, please contact the James Monroe Elementary office to make sure we have the correct email address or cell phone number on file.
